They are also pushing for improved working conditions and better employment benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among their key demands are increased allowances, improved medical cover and better pension benefits. The lecturers want these issues addressed through the ongoing negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ogamba said the government is ready to engage with lecturers and find a solution to the dispute through dialogue.
